John (Randy) Staub - B♭​ Cornet

Randy came to Becks in 2007 as a substitute, and in 2008 joined as a regular member.  Randy began playing trumpet in the fourth grade and continued through high school and in 1970 earned his BA in music education at Glassboro State college (now Rowan University).  He retired from NJ public schools after 43 years as an instrumental music teacher.

Randy also is a member of the Salem County Brass Society, and performs with smaller groups as well.

Spare time activities include restoration of antique automobiles, gardening and family.
